Send us an email (info@highandbuildersomaha.com) and include the following information:

- Desired location and type of lot; walkout or flat.

- Plan type; ranch, 1.5 story or 2 story

- Ideal number of bedrooms and bathroom.

- Specific architectural and interior design must haves.

- All in budget and desired timeline. 

- Any other information you'd like us to know. 

We'd be happy to set up an in-person meeting as well to discuss. Let us know what days and times work best for you.

If you can’t find a plan you like, we can source other plans through Advanced House Plans and customize to your liking. *Please note that this route can add at least 3 months to the building process and guaranteed numbers can not be given until the plan has been fully bid out.

Our real estate agent will work with you to find your perfect lot in your desired neighborhood.

We take care of permitting requirements and get the process going with the city. We'll ensure you home is in full compliance with the ciry we are building in . 

Lot preparation will begin.We take care of all debris removal and site planning so you can start building sooner.
